Dynamic Focusing CO2 Laser Marking Machine
As the high-tech product, Dynamic CO2 Laser Marking Machine adopts the technologies of Laser, Optics, Precision Machinery, Electronic technology, PC software technology and Cooling Project.
The machine adopts the 10.64um CO2 laser source, which can satisfy the application in different industries such as marking, cutting, engraving, color removal, paint processing, material micro-processing and etc. The equipment adopts Aluminum frame structure, and the latest motor driving in the whole worktable platform to ensure the stable qualities. The adjustment of laser optical path is droven by two galvanometer motors(XY), and the third axis is droven by pre-scanning gathered system to make a wildly adjustment for focus distance.
The above is the difference between the two, but the bigger point is the lasers of both, one using a fiber laser and the other using a gas laser.
The main parts include: laser source, scan head. control card, lens. These key components are important criteria for evaluating the quality of CO2 laser marking machines.
Main Feature:
- 1、 No restriction on material, can be used for casting acrylic, extrusion acrylic, MS, PS plate;
- 2、 No restriction on material thickness: applicable for thickness 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.3mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, etc. Use thin plate instead of thick plate, which can save material cost for LGP;
- 3、 The uniformity of the light guide plate can reach to 95%, the brightness of the guide plate is high, and the defective rate can be as low as 3%o；
- 4 The dot diameter can be as small as 0.05mm, and the dots will not appear even use high diffusion plate;
- 5、 Double beam dot, speed is no slower than the vibrating mirror dot machine ,600 amplitude light guide plate about 70 s;
- 6、 The brightness of the light guide plate with 2mm extrusion plate is not lower than the brightness of traditional 3 mm cast plate light guide plate.
- 7、 The dot size can reach 1.9×1.2 / 2.5×1.3 m, and it can process large format special shaped light guide plates;
- 8、 The dot software is simpler than traditional galvanometer type, and it is easier to learn and operate;
- 9、 Simpler equipment structure, equipment failure rate is much lower.
