Our 1500W air cooling 4 in 1 handheld fiber laser welding cleaning cutting machine adopts Shenzhen Maxphotonics fiber laser source, integrating welding, rust cleaning, weld bead polishing and metal cutting four functions. Equipped with air cooling system without bulky water chiller, the whole machine only weighs 46.5kg, portable for on-site metal repair. It can weld stainless steel up to 3mm, aluminum up to 2mm, widely used in automotive, metal fabrication and aerospace industry.

Automatic Wire feeder device: ordinary machine is single wire feeding device, optional is double wire feeding device. Normally we use single wire feeding device if there is no gap and little gap. If the gap is big, we would like to recommend you choose double wire feeding device. the welding wire diameter is related with the welding metal sheet thickness. 1mm thickness metal use 0.8mm welding wire, 1.5mm thickness metal use 1.0 or 1.2mm welding wire, 3mm thickness metal, use 1.6mm welding wire.
