Here handheld fiber laser welding machine operation introduce to you.<\/p>

First of all:<\/p>

Prepare before operation: water, electricity, gas.<\/p>

Water: 18L Pure water or Distilled water or Deionized water. (for injecting into the water chiller)<\/p>

Electricity: 63A air switch 1kw, 1.5kw is 220V, 2kw is 380V.<\/p>

Gas: Nitrogen or Argon. (auxiliary gas when welding, both are ok. For materials that are easily oxidized, it is better to use argon. An Oxygen regulator is OK.)<\/p>

Please note the spare part:<\/p>

1.Wire feeding device power cable, automatic wirte feeding device and a roll of carbon steel wire<\/p>

2.Laser source communication signal line<\/p>

3.Protective glass<\/p>

4.Nozzle and protective lens and wire feed wheel.<\/p>

5.Water pipe<\/p>

6.Gas tube<\/p>

Firstly, Inject water to water chiller.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>

18L Pure water or Distilled water or Deionized water.<\/p>

Secondly, Connect gas tube.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>
Thirdly,\u00a0Check the nameplate work voltage firstly.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>

(1.5kw is 220V, 2kw is 380V.)<\/p>

Fourthly, Connect electricity.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>
Fifthly,\u00a0\u00a0Connect Signal cable of autofeeder.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>

One part is connect with machine, the rest part connects with autofeeder.<\/p>

Sixthly, Connect automatic wire feeding device power cable.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>
Seventhly,\u00a0Ensure voltage is ok, electricity is ok, then switch on Air Swith.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>
Eighthly,\u00a0Then Open air switch behind the machine\u00a0to provide power to machine.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>

(The air switch has seft-protection function. If there is no voltage, it can not be opened.)<\/p>

Ninthly,\u00a0Provide power to whole machine.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>
Tenthly,\u00a0Turn on the key switch with the key.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>
Eleventhly,\u00a0Open water whiller button when the indicator lights up and screen noraml.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>
Twelfthly,\u00a0 Turn on the laser source. (ensure water chiller is OK before this)<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>
Thirteenthly,\u00a0Turn on the key of laser source.<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>
